Our average made-to-order lead time is 7-8 months - you can check individual designers’ lead times on their page. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries or concerns regarding your lead time.

Appointment Types:

First Fitting - 1hr appointment for your first visit to try dresses from our permanent collections

Follow Up Fitting - 30min to retry favourites and take measurements

Accessories - 30min styling appointment for hair accessories, veils, shoes and jewellery

Order Pickup - 30min appointment to collect your order

Order Pickup & Accessories - 60min appointment to collect your order and tie it in with an accessories appointment

Trunk Show - specific to trunk show collections that are with us for select dates

No availability on your preferred date? Please Waitlist - this holds your card details, but does not charge until you are booked in. If Waitlisting, we recommend booking in an alternative available date as back up.
